Business Boot Camp will give you a structured and disciplined approach to reaching some business milestones. You will start with goal setting; deciding where you want to go and why. Then Boot Camp will march you through to each of the key milestones, including sales & marketing, finance and people & processes. Over the following weeks, you’ll be encouraged and maybe even badgered into creating an action plan for success. Every two weeks you’ll have a deadline to meet and one-to-one support to reach it. You'll maintain contact with the group and your mentor, the Boot Camp Leader, through email and telephone contact. This is not a form of consultancy, nor is it an invitation to take countless days out of your business exploring theory. Business Boot Camp is about creating a network where you, together with 14 other entrepreneurs, work with a mentor to raise your game.
